The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with the mini fridge and he was quick to help and even checked on it when I was out. I appreciated him going above and beyond and he seemed happy to be helpful.

The property was very clean, which is mainly what I care about. Our room had a funky smell, which I believe was an attempt to mask cigarette smoke odor. The breakfast was very basic.

Great One-Nighter
The property is very convenient, just off of Hwy 5. The surroundings is modest and very clean. The people who were at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They seemed to be "on-the-ball". The room was clean and everything worked in the bathroom. My room was on the second floor above the front entrance. Other than an occasional voices from people going in and out of the front door, the room was quiet. I had a good night's sleep and will reserve a room again from this property.

Google misdirected us to this address. The young woman on desk told us this happens often. Front desk staff was very helpful in many ways. Excellent restaurant choices within walking distance. Easy to get back onto I-5 freeway.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Lobby was clean as well as the facility. As to the room, the wall of the shower leaked. Woke up to a very wet bathroom. The sink hot water faucet leaks a large amount of water when using and finally the coffee maker did not work.

The room decor is beautiful and peaceful, and the service, price, and location are all great. There’s a good size sauna, too. I do consistently have issues with the room keys and I have to visit the front desk a couple times each stay to get the room key reset. Also, the doors slam pretty loudly and it’s easy to lose control of the door when moving suitcases in and out, etc, so there are frequent door slams at all hours.

I can only give a partial rating, as we were lucky enough to get a room when they had a ice storm come through. We were only in our room for an hour when we lost power. Still we were in a nice warm bed for the night and not out on the highway. Next time I hope to have a better stay.

This place is 'ok' for a quick stopover if you are traveling with a pet. Older hotel, and be aware there is no elevator, so if you are not on the first floor you will have to carry bags up.Windows seem thin, I-5 traffic was quite noisy all night. Lots of sirens and trucks. Not much 'continental breakfast'. Overall though not bad.
