1）室内卫生太差—如，腐败臭味难闻，沙发太破旧不堪、太脏而不敢入坐... 2）室外半夜噪声大、而惊醒无法安静睡眠. 3）工作人员服务态度差.

DO NOT STAY HERE From the moment I got off my car I knew something wasn’t right. I go to check in there’s a dumb kid must be 19-20 there running the front just stares and me no greeting nothing. I let him know I have a reservation he lets me know he needs cash for a deposit ???? I told him you don’t just charge my card or put a hood like every other hotel does ??? He says no so I’m new to the area and ask where is the nearest atm and plainly just says I don’t know. Right ? You just work and live here obviously but don’t know. We get to the room at 10:12pm and immediately knew this was a wrong Choice. From the stains on the sheets, cigarette smell and taste, COCKROACHES all over we went back to the front cancelled our reservation at 10:20pm and stayed at Travelodge INn down the road half the price and no roaches and a clean room.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend staying here! Worst hotel I've ever been to. From the demand for a $100 CASH deposit on check in (who doesn't take cards?!) to the cockroach I encountered in my room, every aspect of the 7 hours I spent here was horrid. My skin is still crawling

Serious dump

Run down former Motel 6. Outside it looked like a haven for drug deals and prostitution. The front desk was run by a semi-clueless 16 year old who was clearly also watching younger siblings. No adult in sight. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by more than a dozen roaches. When i informed the kid at the front desk he stated he'd have to contact the manager, then promptly did nothing besides checking in other guests. Suffice it to say my family and I went elsewhere and had the stay refunded by Hotels.com

Unprofessional

I checked in and was given a room, but when I returned to the room a few hours later, I was told that there was mixup and the room was no longer mine. I was then given a room with a queen size bed, and not the king size bed that I ordered.
