「The breakfast options were not very appealing. More hot food options would be nice-eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. They do offer instant oatmeal and waffles along with plain bagel, & white bread. Cream cheese, butter/margarine and jelly are also available. I expected to find peanut butter also but it wasn’t available.」

「Took my family of 4 to visit my youngest daughter. Had a great stay.」

「When we checked in they charged my card, then told us our room was on the second floor with no elevator. I explained that I was a senior with stair issues. Upon going up the stairs I fell so hard that two guest heard it and came out to see what happened. I called down to the front desk and I was told there was nothing can be done. We checked out the next morning asking for a refund for the second night, because I can't deal with the steps. I was told that there was nothing can be done, But...

「The entire hotel is under construction. There are various safety concerns due to covered smoke alarms, exposed wires and construction debris and dust everywhere. This hotel should not be open during this time. The staff do not care at all About any concerns or complaints that were mentioned. Expedia should remove this listing all together. Ive never had a worse experience at a hotel before.」

「This property should not be listed on Expedia. We walked in and out in one motion, could not stay there. It was an active construction zone with building materials and toilets in the hallway. Our room had the baseboards ripped out, construction debris all over the floor (clearly not even vacuumed) and had stains all over the sheets. Would not recommend.」
