This was an amazing stay even though it was for a night, but at that I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! The staff were very friendly as they recommended a dinner spot for Swedish food (which was a great spot (Swedishfisk)) and got me a new card because I forgot my card inside. The outside entrance had a couple pieces of loose garbage, but other than that I’d stay here again when I come back to Sweden (for longer next time)

Great location, comfortable bed and good breakfast. We were in a room at the back of the hotel next to the church and were kept awake with the church bells ringing through the night. Good stay though.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Staff were not very helpful and had a lack of knowledge around tourist information and things in the local area. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo complete chaos with no organisation a to all. My room (a superior twin) was cramped and had to climb over the bottom of one bed to access the chair and window as the bench on which the coffee making facilities were on over hung making it impossible to walk round. Also, the lack of storage or anywhere to actually put your clothes away rather then have them hanging out on the pipes that was the clothes rail. All that said the location was perfect great for transport links and shops. I will certainly not be staying in this hotel chain again.

The location is very handy for trains, trams and buses. Unfortunately the rooms are not quiet. Noise from adjoining rooms was annoying - when neighbours moved something or plugged something in we heard it. Worse - we were on the 7th floor and the floor above was a function room that seems to be hosting noisy parties every night. Tables and chairs scraping across the floor above after 11pm wasn't conducive to sleep. We'd asked, if it was possible, to have a quiet room! The breakfast buffet had a good choice but when the restaurant was busy it was a bit of a scramble.

I thought this hotel was very nice and located near the heart of the tourist area for Stockholm. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the Arlanda train station (direct from the airport) which is fairly convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff does ask if you want the room cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast is very good, much more healthier options compared to what is offered in hotels in the United States. The staff is helpful and friendly and we were satisfied with their help. Overall, this hotel offered a very good experience and is located in convenient location in the heart of Stockholm.

Central. Walking distance for shops and restaurants. Easy access to metro for trips out. Breakfast has lots of choices. Rooms quiet. Stayed on 8th floor where the bar is and didn’t hear it at all.

Great find
This hotel was in the perfect spot for us, across from the central train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and functional with a comfortable bed. The only thing missing were USB ports for our devices.

Very good breakfast, excellent gym. Clean. Central to Stockholm and across the road from the train station. Watch out for cabs lined up outside as they will try to overcharge you for a trip to the airport.

The hotel was in a good central location but there were a few areas of the hotel which were not amazing although the breakfast was lovely, it became very repetitive and by morning 4, I had enough of it all. We had a junior suite due to have a small child with us, the rooms have absolutely no storage. We didn’t know where to put our cases let alone put our clothes. The room was full of lumps of fluff everywhere which doesn’t sound like a major issue but when your duvet is covered in them after the room being cleaned it wasn’t the best experience. You don’t get any robes in your room as advertised on the website. The front desk will ask if you want your room cleaned everyday or every other day, if you ask for every other day, be aware that they won’t replenish your tea/ coffee or milk in the room. If travelling with small children, be aware that there is no fridge in the rooms. This would be a great benefit if the hotel could look into this. Other than that, the location is great for a city, everything is within walking distance and central station is opposite the hotel.

I have of course passed on your feedback regarding both cleaning and storage to relevant department. The hotel is excellent! Its location allows you to visit all the attractions on foot, and it’s conveniently situated near the central train station, making it a quick 20-minute trip to the airport. The breakfasts are very good, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend it!
