This hotel can do better....

The room was not heated, as I arrived, Room temp was 16dgreas. and the small radiator took 2 days to get the room up to 20dgreas. The cleaning was not very good. dirt on the floor, Glases war not clean, did not get fresh tows for 2 days, bed was not made any day. And the room was nor cheap. And the breakfast ---- find another café. The receptionsnist was sweet and helpfull.

Utmärkt hotell . Bekväma rum . Mycket sköna sängar . Perfekt frukost . Tyst lugnt läge . Mycket bra kommunikationer . Flera restauranger och butiker mycket nära hotellet . Mycket trevligt bemötande och väldigt trevlig personal . Jag kom fram efter incheckningstid men fick hjälp med allt . Angela som ansvarade för mottagning och driften av hotellet var fantastisk . Hon gav alla gäster ett mycket personligt bemötande och fick dem att känna sig välkomna . På alla punkter ett hotell som gav en mycket bra upplevelse !

Tvångsflytt och undermålig service och renlighet

Blev flyttade från detta hotell till Aiden, som låg ett par kvarter längre bort, eftersom ägarna stängde hela hotellet över helgen pga för låg beläggning. Detta senare saknade städpersonal på helgen, så ingen städning gjordes under tvådarssvistelsen. Fick be receptionspersonalen att skaffa fram två nya täcken, eftersom de befintliga var orena och hade flera stora bruna fläckar. Den första personen lade bara in samma täcken i lakanen igen, så fick säga till en andar gång innan vi fick nya. Frukosten var underbemannad och flera rätter fylldes inte på. Befintlig personal var mindre engagerad och/eller outbildad.
