Great hotel - clean, good facilities, great breakfast options and a good location, 10 minute walk to the station that takes you into town in 15 minutes. 24 hour reception is difficult to understand - I had to call the phone number for someone to help me open the front door but the staff were extremely helpful

A great stay in Stockholm

We have stayed here for 3 days during our trip to Stockholm. The room is spacious for a couple. Location is very convenient , bus stop is just outside and Ulriksdal train station is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Train takes about 10 mins to reach Stockholm central station from Ulriksdal. The breakfast was so delicious and rich with different options. I got a deal of around 600SEK per day and felt that it was worth considering included breakfast for 2 people. I really recommend this hotel for people who visit Stockholm. I will surely be staying here again if I visit Stockholm in future. Note: this hotel is named as SOLNA PARK AND HOTEL but the map navigates to correct location if you search as HOOM PARK AND HOTEL

The staff was very very nice. When I arrived, there were two pieces of broken glass in the bathroom, near the trash can. I was lucky to notice them and not to step on one. The hotel is within earshot of the commuter rail, if you have the window open. On the other side of the hotel is the highway. There's a small community between the hotel and the commuter rail. There is a complimentary private sauna. The sauna itself was nice, but the room it was in was in a statement of mild disrepair. The bed was fine, firm. The safe did not work, but I did not have any problem with theft. Breakfast was bland, but included. Mostly, it felt like large groups with kids, looking to minimize costs were staying here. Overall, this place was a solid average, 3 star hotel, priced accordingly/reasonably.

Never staying at that hotel again

The tissue box fell at the same time I tried to take a tissue. The bathroom hand soap had run out, and when I started to shower, I found the hair/body shampoo was also empty. After a shower with only water, the bathroom floor was completely covered with water, even though I was careful to keep the shower head facing inward. When I mentioned all of this at checkout, the only response I received was a cold "Sorry about that." Is that it?

Die Unterkunft war im großen und Ganzen okay. Das Frühstück war super, es gab eine richtig große Auswahl. Die Bahnstation Ulriksdal ist in 5min locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider kam bei 6 Nächten nie der Zimmerservice.

Rummet var väldigt slitet och dammigt. Blandaren lös och damm på sprinkler och bakom säng. Sängen mycket hård. Det var också mycket varmt på rummet och det gick inte reglera annat än att öppna ett fönster men då blev det rätt mycket ljud utifrån så var tvungen stänga. Dessutom ringde receptionen och väckte mig och undrade om jag inte skulle komma pch checka in enligt bokning. Men det hade jag ju gjort redan - checkat in alltså. Plus för frukost och att vi kunde lämna vårt bagage smidigt när vi först kom dit.

Hotel di livello medio alto se confrontato con gli hotel di pari categoria in Italia, ampi spazi molto gradevoli, accogliente e con diversi servizi a disposizione, personale molto gentile, l'hotel si trova in periferia in un quartiere moderno e in sviluppo, facilmente collegato col centro città via treno con la stazione dei treni raggiungibile in 8/9 minuti a piedi oppure in 2 minuti col bus, oppure si può prendere il pulman la cui fermata è a 4/5 minuti a piedi, oppure ancora prendere il bus che porat in circa 6 minuti alla metro più vicina. Colazione soprattutto salata con ottimo assortimento di qualità
