Glowing 5 star review for Comfort Hotel at Friends Arena in Stockholm. We were a group of 4 that stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms during the Taylor Swift show. It was suuuuper sold out, and still felt seamlessly organized. This hotel blew us away with their attention to detail and going the extra mile. Obviously they played TS music 24/7 - and they even had "13" temporary tattoos at check in. Taylor themed drinks, after party pizza, photo booth, a friendship bracelet trading station, and super decorated elevators & lobby. Staff was dressed up with sparkles and cowboy hats and super engaged and friendly no matter what hour of the day. They even had makeup artists there for hours before the show to help guests with finishing looks - for free!! They are also great at solving problems when things don't go perfectly. They helped us out printing a voucher for merch when we lost ours. There was a mysterious large wet spot on one bed at midnight when we came back from the concert and the front desk staffer himself brought brand new linens ASAP. Wildly allergy friendly breakfast (solid options for no dairy, no gluten, vegan etc). When I say that this place *was* the vibes for Taylor Swift, I'm not exaggerating. It absolutely made our stay easy, memorable and so fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

This hotel was beyond amazing during the Taylor Swift concert. The location is right next to the Friends Arena. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel offered so much to help the guests enjoy the concert experience. Also, I am celiac and had excellent service with plenty of gluten free options at breakfast. I can highly recommend this hotel.

A decent, well-kept hotel with friendly staff. Despite its modest size, the room was tidy and peaceful. Morning breakfast options were plentiful and excellent. Parking was provided in the underground garage directly next door, however it was relatively expensive as it is across Scandinavia.

Luke was happy here!
Overall it was very good and it is a new and modern hotel with great comfort. The reception was always queued. An extra staff would not be too bad.

Weekend stay
The only issue we had was due to covid we didnt have a cleaner in our 3 days. The receptionist mentioned that the cleaning happens once every 3 days. Other than that the location was amazing, staff are friendly and the room was spacious.

It’s for staycation with friends in semi-outskirts. What we looked for was to have a spacious room where we can stay in without having to feel suffocated, so we can hang. Room condition was spot on with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, brand new hotel facilities, and quiet surroundings. One downside was not to have a fridge or coffee machine in your room but if you ask for it, reception will help out.

New eco-friendly place in Solna
Everything about this eco-friendly hotel is well thought out. Convenient for the arena and Mall of Scandinavia. Big plus for the laundry room! And a special mention to receptionist Julia who was friendly and welcoming. Only minus was that the room was warm and the temperature can only be adjusted by contacting reception (and there is no phone in room to do this).

Everything was smooth, got to check-in early, mall and everything really close. Hotel was clean, room was clean and breakfast was really good! Loved the overall athmosphere there too.
