Good value for money

Good hotel, easy walk to stockholmsmassan and good showers. Front desk staff all very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. Would be nice to have a bigger pillow / 2 pillows

The room was so beautiful and clean. The only bad part was that the room was super hot and we couldnt open the windows. But it didnt bother that much because we only stayed for one night.

The hotel once inside was fine, but the surroundings were awful, located on an industrial estate, no where nice to eat, there was a burger king several kilometres walk, when needs must!! The staff friendly and helpul enough, very clean room and breakfast was very good. I would not stay again, transport links were good but rather confusing. 3/10

The room was so tiny (tinier than the pictures showed). The bed was smaller than a normal single bed and there was no space for a desk.

It's cheap, that's what it is. 20 minutes walking distance to train station, or you can wait for bus to arrive to the train station. 2 stops away Stockholm Central station, so it's not going to spend a lot of time on transportation to get back to city centre.

Claustrophobic and bad nights sleep

I got a room where the elektricity was connected to the main switch so couldnt plug-in my c-tap machine that I need for proper sleep as I have sleep apne. Further, my room had a bad bed and no window.

Arrived at the hotel after 500 km driving. Got the info at the desk that hotels.com /Expedia doublebooked 26 guests. Got a telefonnummer to Expedia support from the receptionist to solve this problem by ourselves. Spent 1 hour with customer service working from home in Fillipines... Got another hotel after a lot of checking from support. They should had called us and fix a new hotel for us in advance. Never gonna book with this company again.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful if there are questions or requests. The rooms are practical and simple - with a TV, kitchencounter, fridge and some dishes for tea or coffee. Thd bathroom is practical with shower. The windows are not to open, so there's no fresh air - but probably better, since the hotel is located next to a federal highway and above a truck-parking and delivery (meaning that all night trucks are coming to be loaded with food and stuff to deliver in markets all over Sweden), so you also can imagine the surroundings by the hotel, which is all industrial. Yet in a 15 minutes walk hou reach a subway station and in a 45 minuteswslk you can reach södermalm. All in one: it's the price you pay, and that's fair and since Stockholm is beautiful to experience by feet - I had a great time!

J'ai séjourné du 1er au 4/09/25 dans cet hôtel, j'y suis arrivée à 1h30 du matin.J'ai trouvé les portes de l'hôtel fermées mais la personne de la réception est aussitôt venu m'accueillir à la porte. L'hôtel est moderne avec café et thés offerts dans le hall d'accueil. Ma chambre était très bien et très propre, j'ai très bien dormi, matelas et draps impeccable. Sale de bain propre avec douche a l'italienne et chauffage au sol mais un peu petite. La chambre dispose d'un mini frigo et d'une bouilloire électrique. Je n'avais pas de thé et çafé dans ma chambre mais pas grave car disponible dans le hall d'accueil. Le petit déjeuner était offert et très bien dans l'ensemble avec un large choix. Le seul bémol de cet hôtel est l'emplacement, c'est un ancien entrepôt industriel reconverti en hôtel d'où son emplacement. Aucun restaurant autour pour manger le soir sauf le burger king pas très loin 😕😕. Un arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel mais le bus ne passe pas régulièrement, sinon la station de tram est à environ 15mn de marche, elle vous permettra de rejoindre facilement le centre de Stockholm. J'ai acheté une carte de transport 72h, elle m'a permis d'emprunter tous les transports en commun disponible, tram, métro, bus et même le train (équivalent au TER en France). Pour résumer j'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour en Suède, une très belle ville à découvrir où à redécouvrir. Si je devais y retourner je relogerai certainement dans cet hôtel avec plaisir 😊
