At first we were assigned a room that had mot been cleaned but when we went to the reception we were quickly helped to a new room. Very sweet and friendly lady that greeted us upon arrival. Overall cozy hotell.

Das Zimmer wirkte vernachlässigt. Kein Duschgel im Spender. Anstatt ein Vital- Frühstück- Buffett, bekommt man auf dem Teller paar Scheiben Wurst und Käse, jeweils 2 Scheiben Gurken und Tomaten, die am gammeln waren und alte Obstsalat aus der Dose. Der Inhaber war beim Auschecken verschwunden, konnte nix munieren.

Gut: Gut: Ein paar kostenlose Parkplätz vor Ort Schlecht: Junge Dame an der Rezeption langsam und hat nichts verstanden. Fleckiges Kissen ohne Bezug habe ich abgegeben, zurück bekam ich das gleiche Kissen mit Bezug Handtuchheizörper im Bad sehr verstaubt Dusche mit Schimmelsporen Wollte Sauna nutzen, als ich um 19:30 vom Essen zurück kam. Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt und Sauna konnte nicht angestellt werden

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und neu renoviert. Es ging nach hinten auf den Hof und war sehr ruhig. Das Bad war neu, mit Fenster und sehr sauber. Im Hof gab es einige Parkplätze, die jedoch immer belegt waren. Wir haben in der angrenzenden Straße geparkt auf öffentlichem Parkraumbewirtschaftungen, was problemlos war. Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer war sauber, bequemes Bett nur der Teppichboden stört. Das Zimmer war zur Strafe raus und war sehr laut,trotz der Dreißigerzone. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Restaurant war gut und das Personal sehr nett, nur die Auswahl war sehr dürftig, aber war wahrscheinlich Corona geschuldet.

Schade!

Wir müssen es leider als schlecht bewerten. Es gibt einen Raucherbalkon für alle Gäste des Hotels der direkt neben dem Zimmer wo wir als Familie mit Kind übernachtet haben. Lautstärke und Rauchgeruch auch vom Zimmerbalkon (liegt direkt nebenan) bei Veranstaltungen garantiert. Leider ging diese Veranstaltung bis tief in den Morgen. Auch nach nächtlicher Reklamation und bitte dies doch zu verlegen wurde dem nicht nachgekommen. Am nächsten Tag beim Chef keine Einsicht oder Entschuldigung. Hätte man definitiv beser bei der Vergabe der Zimmer planen können. Weiss man ja als Hotelier. Schade!
