「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty? All in all, a great price and comfortable stay.」

「The Lodge is fairly remote and was very quiet when we visited in early June. The Lodge has a back patio that has plenty of seating and several tables. The patio overlooks a field and a forest. Everything was clean. Breakfast was available, but was very limited. We would probably stay here again.」

「My room was fine - When I booked I must have selected accessible, not sure why I chose that. When I arrived to my room, the bed didn't have a box spring (in order to make it accessible). But nothing else was adjusted accordingly (the headboard wasn't lowered, tv wasn't lowered...) Very uncomfortable to try to watch tv, and the bed was surprisingly not comfortable either. Again, my error in booking an accessible room, but the changes didn't seem very mindful of people who might actually need the...

「I enjoyed my stay at the Blennerhasset Hotel, but think some items need improved. Not an easy unload without Valet help for folks checking in that would be impacted. No valet available, didn't see automatic doors, but I might have missed the button. Internet was very spotty, the guest wasn't working. Was able to link into main hotel web address. Ice out on my floor. Parking around the hotel. Resaurant was good, staff, besides any valet presence, was helpful. For the cost, I think...

「Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better.」

The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out.
