The young lady at the front desk was absolutely delightful...the rooms were clean but very cold and the hot water wasnt so hot. Outside of that the place was close to everything, clean, and safe.

I think service was the most disappointing at front desk and restaurant . The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety .

Everything was wonderful about our stay except for the beds. Possibly the worst that we’ve ever slept on. Towels were amazing though.

We had our small dog, and the hotel staff were great. Very pet friendly hotel, great location, and nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Annapolis.
