「Lovely history and nice to see our heritage being used in the 21st century. The building could do with some serious restoration though. Not just a lick of paint. A complete rethink of the room layout. Our room, unfortunately, was right by the air conditioning system and it hummed all night. Ear plugs did the trick! Would appreciate a hand shower as well as the fixed overhead as I don't always want to wash my hair every time I shower. Most hotels have both. No chef, so only breakfast available....

「I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night. Dead plants and plastic flower...
