"The modern exterior for this hotel shown on this website is not this hotel. Very disappointed when we arrived because of this.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Front desk gave us directions to walk to riverfront which were wrong due to construction. I feel they should have known about that and it was nighttime and ended up walking in dimly lit, uncertain area to get where we were going. Lobby area was nice. "The room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome! It’s a great hotel. Only down side is how much of a deposit they took. It was 120 and for someone who needs to budget and know ahead of time what’s going on. We really took a hit. It would have been nice to know the amount ahead of time. Also we have stayed in lots of hotels and have never paid that much for a deposit. "
