「Abbiamo prenotato varie attività e sono state tutte molto belle gestite da personale cordiale e simpatico che ha reso l’avventura divertente per i bambini. Non valuto quindi solo la casetta dove abbiamo dormito ma tutto il complesso Trentino wild. Aggiungerei delle pulizie in più in camera e valuterei una nuova serratura per entrare un po’ complicata forse.」

「The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

「It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. The apartment had a strange odour of pumpkins!」
