"Very good hotel with helpful staff, nice quiet surroundings for a run or bike ride. Family room with separate bedroom was a plus! Small but functional gym. Possible to charge the car another plus. "Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also note that there is no lift and 2 flight of stairs to climb to some rooms."

"Fantastic location for walks in nature. Our toilet was outside the room accross a corridor, which was not clear when we made the booking. The room had two seperated single beds. When we pushed them together to have a double bed, it became clear that cleaning was limited to visible areas. The staff was really friendly."

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "
