"Stunning bedroom views from this lodge and exceptional service and kind attitude from Shannon ! Food was also great. It’s an older lodge that has been upgraded with excellent bathroom fixtures and main bedroom lighting. Wifi is a little slow, early morning hot water taps need to run a bit before hot water arrives and the sliding partition in our room 2 needs to be replaced with a frosted glass door as the current wooden sliding partition is a little stiff to open . Otherwise an excellent choice...

"It was a lovely stay. We loved the cats, but hadn’t seen them on booking (I’m usually highly allergic, although it matters the cat and the distance from where they usually rest). Everything about the staff and modern rooms and views were perfect!"

"Such a lovely property. Very homey — esp. with the thatched roofs — and the fireplace. We appreciated the welcome drink. One caution is there seems to be missed communications between Expedia and staff regarding reservations. Enjoyed the views, the food and the friendly staff!"

Noleen and the staff are very friendly and professional. Will stay again if visiting Stellenbosch - only a 15 min walk from main hubbub of activity."

"Great stay at the Beauclair. The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. The cottage was roomy and comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic. An easy walk to campus (we were there for a meeting) and shopping/dining. And the resident dogs were quite enjoyable. Overall excellent!! Highly recommended!!"

"La Gratitude was amazing. The fee does not include the entire apartment and I had to pay more for access to the other rooms which was an issue especially as there isn't such option or statement when you book. Hopefully, they will resolve that. Although I had to pay more than expected and what was advertised, they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally and I would highly recommend this apartment to others. The fee also does not include daily cleaning which is R450 extra. The apartment...
