"This property is very centrally located and easy to get to the City and train station. Staff were very helpful and attentive. My lock in the suitcase was not working and they gave me tools for me to open it. I was happy otherwise I would have to tear my suitcase. Thank you"

"Sadly in my room there was some broken and damaged aspects. The room had roof lights and the blinds for these didn’t work properly so a black out want possible.
