"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a weekend and were impressed with the spartan yet functional rooms. Despite the size and pay for what you need aspect, it's a fairly decent value if all you need is a bed and some air conditioning. It's about the size of a citizenM room but without all the technology in the room. Definitely would stay here again with one caveat. We paid for a late checkout (£20 until 1 pm) and had a male maid barge into our room while my wife was sleeping. When confronted, all he could muster was "did you pay for late checkout?" When I confirmed that we did indeed pay for a late checkout and did he want me to show him a receipt and/or confirm with the front desk He said it wasn't necessary. Needless to say, not one apology for entering the room or disturbing our rest. Tacky at best, unprofessional at worst. Definitely a few moments for improvement. The rest of our stay was uneventful."
