"I had a late arrival. The room had a very strong bad smell and the sheets of one of the beds showed evidence of not having been changed. When informed, the manager in turn went to the room to verify what I was saying. He stated there was nothing he could do because there were no more rooms available and no housekeepers at that time. All he offered was to give me a full refund for me to leave if I wanted to. I told him I needed a solution, that I was not going adventure attempting to find a hotel...

"My stay at Hilton was great; especially it was during a family emergency. I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a handicap bathroom. The accommodations were perfect; lots of space. Also had to work remotely and the wi-fi was convenient. My only suggestion is to have instructions on a card on how to use the remote blinds. The staff is pleasant and kitchen breakfast crew is wonderful. Thank you!"
