This review isn't for Dulany because the condo we paid for was already rented for those dates. They said they called, but there wasn't a voicemail to back up their claim. We called when we arrived because there wasn't an email sent with check in instructions and they informed us we weren't staying at the Dulany, but they were going to make it right. I was ok with this understanding that things happen and they said they were going to place us in a 3-bedroom condo (we originally rented a 2 bedroom) and I felt that was an appropriate make-good for the inconvenience. As we were heading to their office, they called back and said that they made a mistake and would be placing us down the street in another 2-bedroom condo. This condo turned out to be inferior to the one we originally rented both in amenities and location. When we arrived at their office, they treated us as though it wasn't their problem. When we arrived at the substitute condo, we found broken blinds (maintenance came but said they can't fix them or replace them.) and the washer/dryer wasn't working. We later resolved the washer/dryer issue with a tripped braker.
TL;DR I'm sure Retreatia manages some great properties, but I wouldn't rent from them again unless I was forced to.
