「Truly one of the best hotel I've ve stayed at. This was my first solo trip so anxiety was high. As soon as i walked into my room, i felt so accomplished and safe. The room gave a home like cozy feeling. Line of communication was always open and from booking to check in to stay to cheek out was top notch. I will most definitely be coming back and letting my friends and family know.」

「This was an amazing location for the Quebec Christmas Market! Room was clean and spacious. Loved having little kitchenette! Right in the heart of Old Quebec. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Host was responsive and attentive. Great info for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again! 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night. 」

「The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other...
