An amazing stay.
We were in Norway for the first time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The hotel was much more than we expected. One small thing we notice though was that the room was cold.

Both the desk chair and arm chair had dirty seats. No onsite parking for such a large hotel is not acceptable. Offsite parking was a long trek with luggage. No temporary parking to unload luggage in front of the hotel is poor form. Being told leaving our car out front was at our own risk of being ticketed by the reception person with cold indifference is also porr form!

Great location to explore Preikestollen
Hotel is quite new, we have been given a room without an amazing view (except of the tunnel to the DNB arena tunnel) but we didn’t expect more. Breakfast was really amazing for this kind of hotel (I particularly enjoyed salmon and cook your own pancakes). Only drawbacks: car park is not free (12£~ a night) and it’s next too the oil sponsored stadium 🤮⛽️💀

Pay parking is 5 minute walk. While the common areas are warm and inviting, the rooms are not well laid out and do not have quality appointments. No shower curtain.

I was double charged for parking because the receptionist entered my license plate number incorrectly. I had to go back and get some of the charges reversed. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The staff is amazing and i felt comfortable and safe. My only complaint is there is nothing to do outside of the hotel unless you have a vehicle and drive around.

Parking is not attached, and there weren’t good directions on how to get to the hotel from the garage. It isn’t too bad but taking your luggage in while it’s raining trying to figure out where to go was a pain. The room seats and flooring each had multiple gross stains and I couldn’t get the AC in our room to work, so we just had the small crack from the window which didn’t quite do enough, the room felt stuffy and gross. The breakfast and the staff were both great, though!

Excellent location. Fantastic staff who were always attentive & helpful to organise tours of the local area and provide information on travel etc. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. Really relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent weekend stay
Very pleasant last minute stay. The family room was ready, spacious, clean and very comfortable with a teenager. We were close the the lift and the music from the public spaces was very loud, but the front office took care of that immediately. Used the training center once late at night which was pleasant but then didn’t use it again after realising it was on the quarantine floor! Breakfast was super, best warm oatmeal from a buffet. Good choice, loads of sanitizer, gloves and space to feel ‘safe’ in a public eating area. All the staff were friendly & accommodating- can highly recommend a stay here

Very efficient staff and helpful too. The room was modern and spacious and good facilities and dining options at this modern hotel. Great location near shopping centre and electric bicycles available for hire providing excellent means of touring around the city and the surrounding area. Definitely recommend this to others and would certainly stay again.

The good and disappointing.
The stay was fine. Breakfast was great and staff are friendly. My problem was that I booked two same rooms. Family rooms. The website said 280 square meters. And I requested adjoining rooms. Not only did we not get adjoining rooms they gave us two different size rooms. One was tiny. A economy. The other was the family room. It was annoying because when my daughter wanted to come find me she left her room and walked out the door down the hall to my room. Not convenient at all. Otherwise it was fine.
