「prisvärt, bra läge nära små matbutiker, apotek och 15 min promenad till mall 」

「服務好，」

「It's a pleasant hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient transportation to the center.」

「Breakfast is disappointing. Hot water for tea can be separated from coffee machine. The queue was too long. It’s located walking distance (15 minutes) to the palace mall. It’s difficult to find restaurants nearby the hotel.」

「Without an elevator, going up 3 floors with suitcases was difficult.」

「The hotel is located very convenient in downtown. We enjoyed staying in a large room decorated in a palace style and with a huge bathroom. We would come back anytime.」

「There was no hot water during our entire stay. No room service to collect rubbish. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper and soap during our stay. Location is great.」

「Linens not clean, blanket smells pee, mosquitoes biting all night」

「All good.」
