"Clean spacious room."

"We like the location, kitchenettes and pool/fitness. Our room faced a busy street and was very noisy at night. We have stayed at this property many times, but this experience was a little disappointing. The room was very small, tired looking, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the coffee maker was difficult to work and my coffee was like warm. Also, we learned that the Grand Residences voted to not offer daily activities except a few fitness related items and they do offer them at Timber Lodge but aren’t shared between both. "

"Location, location, location!!! Attended an outdoor concert which was only a 5 minute walk! Staff is friendly, welcoming & helpful. Witnessed them personally assist 2 other guest with parking accommodations for their larger vehicles (work trucks)!! "
