"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience."

"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

"En general estuvo bien, sólo les comento que tienen que solicitar el control remoto de la televisión al registrarse, a nosotros no nos lo dieron y ya no fuimos por el por que registras tu llegada en un lugar y las cabañas se encuentran a unos 5 mimutos de ahí (en auto). Hay chimemea pero si la quieres usar debes salir a buscar donde comprar leña, en el hotel no venden. El personal es amable. El lugar es agradable, las cabañas están limpias, la cama cómoda, son muy austeras y en general...
