Great location Rooms were adequate and as clean and nice as I would have expected The general areas were not as well kept Staff did their job without much enthusiasm or speed, not super friendly Overall this is a convenient place to stay for events on campus when you are truly just sleeping there Fair price for what you get

Well. It’s decent if you stay for one night. But don’t expect breakfast, room service, or any refund even if there is something out of your control. Also smells humid

It was OK for the price point probably won’t stay here again. It just felt like they slapped a coat of paint on a really old building and that was it.

The hotel was clean and well air conditioned. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful, with the exception of one staff member that stopped stocking breakfast items 30 minutes before the close of breakfast. When we politely asked if we could get a couple of drinks (as the fridge was empty) we were rudely told that 'she wasn't going to be stocking any more'. They were lacking waffle mix, drinks, yogurt, etc. And there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast to serve.

Okay place to sleep for a night, but wouldn’t want to stay too long. Walls are thin and the place feels worn down.

The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. However, the bed was sloped. So we both rolled all night. The breakfast was only yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. Definitely not worth $161/night.

Property was unclean, and manager stated they have a sewage problem they have been trying to resolve for some time now. Receptionist stated that every room is going to be unclean when I was searching for a room up to par. The Hampton in Starkville, MS charges the same price, with better rooms and service
