"I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have reached our villa. After that, we realised we walk back to our villa from the Palma (lobby) is faster than waiting for tuk tuk shuttle. One of the tuk tuk drivers, young man is very helpful as he gave us a lift when saw us walking back to villa on the second day of our stay (after breakfast at the Palma). I didn’t get his name but he is highly recommended for his excellent service and even helped us replace our room key that was suddenly spoilt, as we cannot enter the room after our breakfast. Thank you!"

"The service was generally excellent, the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, it's a great place but not suitable for those afraid of lizards, and the strange thing that I haven't seen anywhere else was that the safe wasn't wall-mounted, and luckily we weren't robbed."

The resort is beautifully surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying the pools, walking along the clean beach, or taking the fun buggy rides around the expansive property, every corner of the resort was a joy to explore. One of our favourite daily highlights was the complimentary chocolate hour, a delightful treat that we looked forward to every afternoon! The foam party was another memorable experience, bringing smiles to both adults and children and adding a fun touch to our holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. "The place is so quiet and peaceful. It has a really nice pool. The staff is amazing too. If you text for room service the guy responds back faster then I can physically type. You have to try the pork ribs they are the best I have ever had."
