"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. Das Bad war sauber aber beim Zimmer der Fußboden war staubig so das meine Strümpfe dreckig waren. Der Fernseher lieferte nur 8 tschechische Sender und einen Nachrichtensender.Der Ansonsten freundliches Personal und die Motorräder durften wir umsonst in einem Durchgang parken.Im Hotel gibt es nur Frühstück kein Mittag oder Abendessen deswegen machten wir...

"Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."
