Guest asked the housekeeper for anything supply for didn't denied always she give to customer. Our policy is we knock on doors everyday for stayover guests. If Guests left do not disturb the sign on the door so housekeeping can't open the door. Hotel lock was working fine. If you put the keycard next to any cell phone keycard was not working. so you have to go back frontdesk. If frontdesk employee didn't fix your room keycard, how would you stay at a hotel without a keycard? We are actively investigating your feedback and will take appropriate action as soon as possible.
