"The shuttle service from the airport was not good. I called for a shuttle and was not informed that the pick was going to be from the Radisson. I was informed when I called the 2nd time. Still no shuttle arrived. Called a 3rd time and after a 90 minute wait got aride from another hotel. "

"I booked a room at your facility in Utah while I was in town for my sisters funeral. I checked into your location on 3/15/26 around noon. I paid my deposit in cash (which was returned to me in full at check out). I received my room key to 222, and took the elevator to the second floor towards me room. I had just came in from in expected delay at the SLC airport for more than 12 hours, so upon getting my key I went to my room to shower, unpack. When I walked in I placed my belongings at the desk and walked to the bathroom. I noticed the floor was lifted and a bit rigid but I didn’t think anything of it. I instantly got in the shower and when I came out I slipped from a ton of water that had leaked onto the floor and twisted my back trying to catch myself from falling. That is when I noticed that the ridges in the floor were there from a leak. I called down to the front desk from the room phone, cause I felt pain instantly and nobody picked up. I, then got dressed and went to the front desk to let your staff know. With the pictures I showed, and the inspection that your staff did, it was confirmed that water was leaking from the end of the shower, to the bathroom door and onto the front entrance area. They telephoned Nisha (manager) who told me that maintenance would be coming to inspect the room, that I would be given an incident report and that they would be swapping me another room (room 213). I was not helped with transferring my belonging"

"We love the Homewood suites in Eagle Idaho so we thought we would stick with the brand but the rooms weren’t as nice and the facility was right off of a noisy highway. The staff messed up our transport so we almost missed our flight. It was an all-around very frustrating. Stay."

"The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort."

"Good and convenient stay. Room was clean and newly renovated. There were some rooms still being renovated but it was not an inconvenience at all. Respectful construction workers who only worked during the day. Clean property, decent breakfast. Close to airport. "

"This reasonably priced hotel offered us free parking, (a neighboring hotel was asking 50$ per night for guest parking) and a free shuttle to the airport! Excellent service and we loved the warm cookie given to us upon check in. Room clean, excellent amenities from Crabtree and Evelyn. Staff at check in friendly and fast. Perfection doubletree! "
