Wonderful experience at Embrace. The villa was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They can help you book an excursion and/or a golf cart rental! The onsite cafe is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. They are open until 3pm Monday-Saturday so plan meals accordingly. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the property. They let us rent a golf cart and when it broke down they were kind enough to let us borrow another one. We didnt need the room to be cleaned while we were there so that wasnt an issue. And the accommodations made for our honeymoon were very sweet. Thanks for the wine!

The villa was clean and comfortable with a nice small pool. It was right next to the airport which wasn’t the worst since it’s so small and there aren’t many flights going in and out. But it’s not very pretty. On my day of arrival. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up from the airport—really not fun and kind of scary being alone with two kids not knowing if they were going to show up at all and not knowing the place was literally 50 feet away. They told me they didn’t come get us because our room wasn’t ready due to plumbing issues. :(. Its not near anything so golf carts are a necessity which I did not feel they made clear. The tv did not work, which with kids in August, I was counting on for some downtime out of the sun. The internet is very spotty-like barely there. They offer you a cooler to bring to the beach but the ice machine is broken. One day I went to the office four times throughout the day and no one was there so I had to buy my own toilet paper. Two days before my departure they abruptly brought me in the office directing me to leave my kids somewhere else because they “wanted to talk to me”. When I entered the office they were just looking at me so I asked if something was wrong. At that point they handed me my bill. It was weird and left me feeling like they thought I wasn’t going to pay or something. There’s just a weird feeling to the place. I would definitely pass and next time rent a cottage near pirate beach or right from the Yacht Club.

Our room was perfect, we loved the location next to the airport but only 5 min away from great beaches. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful-especially Dexi, RJ, Gabby and Daikai! I would recommend Embrace to anyone!

The place was amazing from start to finish! From Gabby’s hosting skills, where nothing was too much trouble, to Diamond’s amazing food. If you want to go somewhere that is amazing then Staniel Cay is definitely the place to go! But if you want to make it the best holiday you’ve ever had, and make unbelievable memories that will stay with you forever, then you should stay at Embrace. Not because the rooms are 5 star, but because Gabby and the team!

Embrace Resort was a lovely, quiet spot for our few days of vacation. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast and lunch from the Pig Café was delicious. Our only issue was them not providing dinner there but we were able to get dinner elsewhere. All of the staff working in the café, in the office, on the grounds were very friendly and helpful in every way. All around a great few days away.

I contacted the property 3 times prior to arrival to set up a pickup and inquire about activities, no one ever contacted me back. Upon arrival I had to walk to the resort from the airport. After I finally found someone to check me in at the property she apologized and promised to do better. When I looked for her 40 minutes later to ask about WiFi she was gone. I texted the help number but didn’t get a reply until 2 days later which was after I checked out a day early because I was unhappy with the place. To be fair the room and the property are very nice so if they were to do better on the service part it would be a nice place to visit
