「I booked a proper double bedroom, but on arrival I was given a tiny twin room with two single beds. When I raised the issue, the hotel simply said that it was in the same category and available at the same price. That does not change the fact that I had specifically booked a double room and was given a different type of room.」

「I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. Its perfect if you are working away etc. Spacious accommodation with a nice shower and you can park right outside your chalet. I had a great night's sleep. No complaints」

「Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. I had a wet shave waiting for it to heat up so shave was in cold water and shower was...
