Hi,We used drilled well. We experienced trouble once or twice a year. The water softener equipped with the latest dual filter was replaced a year and half ago to provide good quality water to customers. The electricity went out twice last Tuesday and we thought it causes damage to the the water softener. So one day the water condition was bad and the technician checked and went, but this morning there was no water for about an hour and a half. The plumber and technician came and checked again, and as a result, it was confirmed that both filters didn't work due to a sensor error in one of the two filters. Defective parts have been replaced. Now working fine. Anyway, we're terribly sorry for inconvenience. Thank you.

I don't know reason why our motel is pet friendly ?I think previous owner was pet friendly.Officially, we don't allow pets. But we have one room for customer with pet for just in case. At every reservation, we inform and send a message that "we do not allow pets". Nevertheless, there are occasional guests who bring their pets. Or should we send the customers away late at night ?The fee is charged because it requires so much labor.Thank you.
