The host and hostess were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!!
This has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Great to connect with the owners and other guests. The optional gourmet meal is a must do! Highly recommend!
Location is one of the best kept secrets in the area. The hosts are fantastic chefs who entertain you with stories and local folklore. Uniquely relaxing and welcoming
Our hosts were amazing and the food was fantastic. The wines paired perfectly with each course of our dinner, and we were even treated to some entertainment after our meal. The perfect ending to our Newfoundland vacation.
Wow, what a great B&B, we included the Dinner option and are so glad we did. Absolutely superb! Everything was delicious and breakfast was excellent as well from homemade jams to apple danishes. One of our best Newfoundland experiences.
Stunning landscapes with phenomenal service. Michelle and Raidar are spectacular hosts. The food was beyond amazing, and I would highly recommended this stay as well as stay again myself.
This is a B&B. The hostess and her husband were very friendly and served a five course dinner with a different wine for three of the corses. All of the food was hand prepared with some local ingredients. It was delicious, as was the big breakfast that included a dessert of a homemade multi crust pastry. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who likes fine food and hospitality.
So nice to find such a jewel of a stay in a remote community. Michelle and Reidar were excellent hosts. Their evening dinner ($$$) was amazimg! Breakfast was another delicious event! What a start to our holiday!!
Driving through the fog to reach this out-of the way place was an adventure, but once we were here, Michelle and Reidar made us feel right at home. We had an excellent room with all the comforts and were treated to a gourmet dinner and breakfast as part of our stay. it was well worth the detour!
We had a wonderful time here! The breakfasts were scrumptious and the dinner was spectacular! Best of all was the common table where the conversation flowed in between the small group of people from various countries, places and backgrounds. We found this life giving! The hosts and chefs were very adept at including people and shared in the conversation as well. Our host was a great storyteller and musician and the whole experience was a joy! Thank you so much for the experience!
The hosts are second to none. Wonderfully prepared breakfast. A host that can sing and play guitar! The location is off the beat and path for sure but the stories are great! We are not normally communal travellers but they were great and welcoming
Hospitality, welcome, food, wine pairing, breakfast, accommodation, toiletries - I can’t think of one thing I would have differently. What an amazing team Michelle and Radair are. If only I could stay permanently, I would. What more can I say!
The Keepers Inn was a remarkable find! The place is beautiful and quiet. What makes the experience so special is the couple who runs the B&B, Michelle and Reidar! A dinamic duo who complement each other harmoniously. If you are considering to stay at The Keeper’s Inn we highly recommend booking the package with the dinner! It’s so worth it. The meals are absolutely delicious and the storytelling is informative and entertaining! We absolutely loved it and hope to return soon!
Thank you again Michelle and Reidar!
Stay well!

This place is worth the drive! The hosts are so welcoming and they have such a lovely place! So relaxing, with an amazing view. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean, same for the bed! We had a meal prepared by them and it was the best food
We had on this whole trip. Great company and many stories shared by the owners. What a treat to have a glimpse of what life in rural Newfoundland was/is. Perfect stop to stay overnight when driving the Irish loop!
Our stay here was the highlight of our 13 day NL tour. Michelle and Reidar’s gourmet cooking and hospitality was like no other. The stories, the singing and guitar playing, the wellness conversations and the company of others was magic. We made new friends.
Absolutely THE BEST B&B Ever!! A MUST is the dinner, it is an experience! If they offer a wine tasting do it!! The food is better than any professional chef. Presentation was beautiful. Michelle makes everything fresh. I cannot sing their praises enough. And the room and bed were comfy and roomy. Highly recommended
This was a very unique experience to meet and converse with a very inspiring
authour, musician song writer
and artist. I highly recommend not leaving without purchasing her book Stepping Stones from self doubt to self belief: Finding meaning and purpose for your life..
Our stay was great and breakfast was very unique, delicious, memorable and with some special Norwegian touches.
