Lovely stay and staff

Great hotel and staff especially the front desk ladies who helped with all our queries and arranged for a taxi / driver for our stay. Would help if the hotel pointed out the lounge and bar area as they could benefit more use especially if you are looking to enjoy a drink before heading out of an evening. Overall would recommend this hotel as it’s ideally placed for heading into Saint Remy.

The proprietor of this inn could not be more helpful or friendly! The Terrasse, pool area, and our room were all lovely, and the breakfast was scrumptious.

Beautiful inn, beautiful staff!

It’s a beautiful building and property. Breakfast is included and served by a super friendly staff. The manager, Gabriella is very friendly and makes you feel like family. Also a big shout out to Olivia, who also works at Max Valentines. Thanks for a lovely time!

Le Mas Valentine !! Un cadre prometteur, mais des prestations décevantes.. pas de restauration comme annoncé sur Expedia ! La chambre en rez de jardin à part la salle de bain manque d’être rafraichit ….. literie très moyenne , draps à revoir …. Dommage dommage !!! car HEUREUSEMENT, le Personnel a été très accueillantes sympathiques , et souriantes , et à l’écoutes ce qui a compensé notre déception , nous les remercions 💐

O hotel em geral é ótimo, mas dizia ter ar condicionado e o sistema foi desligado e mesmo nós pedindo que religássemos, eles não fizeram. Tive que trocar de quarto porque o colchão era imprestavel e não consegui dormir na primeira noite por conta disto.

Lovely stay.

We had a corner room on second floor and it was lovely. The only thing I’d like them to do is put in heavier drapes. Too much light came through the windows. The yard was gorgeous and breakfast was excellent.
