THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not book with this hostel. We've arrived at 14.00 to check in and there's a guy on the counter said that the room was full. Which is not possible since we've already paid for the room a month earlier. We've booked two private rooms but they sent us to old people house nearby which we have to stay with strangers (it's like a flat or something). The room is very dirty, too crowded and smelly. So we have decided to booked another hotel instead which cost us a fortune!! (44,000 rubles for 7 people) Do not stay with this hotel and we need a refund immediately!!!!

Спасибо за испорченный первый день в моем любимом Петербурге! Обо всем по порядку. Рейс был ранний, но я позвонила в хостел заранее и договорилась оставить сумку до заселения. По приезду захожу я в этот хостел (стараясь не смотреть по сторонам, потому что это ужас, скорее общага какая-то), на ресепшене молодой человек говорит, что мест у них нет, вроде как хотелс.ком все напутали и заселили к ним много народа. НО! У них есть второй хостел неподалеку, и места там есть. При мне он позвонил туда и обо всем договорился. Сказали подойти к 12, т.к. пока там убираются и никого не пускают. К 12 захожу за сумкой, уточняю, куда идти, мне дают номер телефона...Подхожу по адресу, звоню, и какая-то базарная тетка (иначе и не назовешь) начинает на меня орать, посылая, видите ли мест у них нет. Мое бронирование полностью оплачено, денег лишних нет, и вероятность найти нормальный хостел в Питере 2-го мая ничтожно мала. Я звоню в первый хостел, где мне дали номер, отвечают, что перезвонят. Благо Питер мне как родной, да и рядом была подруга, а то даже не знаю... Иду опять в это Naps. Захожу. Мне МОЛЧА, не глядя в глаза, сует в руку деньги мужчина по указке девушки на ресепшене, далее он просто разворачивается и уходит! У меня шок долго не проходил. Не понимаю, как взрослые люди могут себя так вести. Все закончилось хорошо, я нашла в тот же день прекрасный хостел, который не похож на старую советскую грязную общагу, как Naps, который напоминает ночлежку. А его работники дополняют атмосферу.

Shelter for poor workers
Better then sleeping at the Railway station, but that’s all I can say. Staff was trying to help, but they don’t take care of the place at all. And note that there are people living there permanently - so they will force you to follow their « rules . And those are people mostly with very difficult background.
