Beautiful hotel in a prime location of Saint Petersburg. The window view of St. Isaac's Cathedral was stunning. The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance to Nevsky Prospect. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend! One little drawback - the VIP Access options were not offered, had to pay for the room upgrade. Very often staff is simply unaware of such benefits through Expedia.

New Year trip to St Petersburg
We have stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, the hotel building is beautiful and well located, the rooms are up to the standard of comfort and the entire staff is oriented to customer satisfaction. We did not try the restaurant but the had a very nice experience at the bar (sinniy most). Just two details that were not satisfactory: the electrician had to come twice to fix power supply issues in the bathroom (very quickly), and the relaxing area (pool, sauna, fitness) is small and not so relaxing... with kids and teenagers around the place is quickly overcrowded and rather loud... rules are not being respected (no jumping, no sauna under 16 years old, etc.) and the staff shall pay more attention, in our opinion, to this aspect
