Номер "делюкс" - замечательный, вполне на уровне столичных Хилтонов-Марриоттов. В ресторане вкусно кормят и обслуживание радушное. Зимой в округе очень красиво!

Мы проживали одну ночь. Номера очень просторные и комфортные, очень чисто. В целом, понравилось. Единственный недостаток- отсутствие кондиционера. Ну и, наверное, девушки на ресепшн могли быть хоть немного приветливыми с гостями, ведь театр начинается с вешалки :-). Дополнительными услугами не пользовались, вентилятор по завиточку принесли сразу и очень оперативно. К отелю вопросов нет, если ехать не в жару, точно рекомендую.

A nice & clean hotel with good service

A very nice and comfortable room. Clean & quite new. A few hundred meters walk to the beach. A quite good restaurant. A bigger outdoor eating are would be nice. Also breakfast could not be had outdoors although there were some tables (a strange rule especially in the covid time.) Overall a pleasant experience.

Хороший чистый отель

Очень чистый отель, расположен в тихом месте. Из преимуществ-наличие трассы на пятом этаже. Превосходная уборка номеров. Из пожеланий-включать завтраки в стоимость проживания, хотя бы для тех кто заказывает номера класса комфорт.

В целом отель замечательный. Обслуживание, персонал , расположение, ресторан - все отлично. Над чем хорошо бы поработать: завтраки с шипучкой, которую нельзя заменить на сок; довольно вычурное меню: нет простых овощных салатов, которые можно найти везде в Италии; непродуманное освещение в люксе - не хватает света на рабочем столе и у дивана; неудобные шкафы для одежды - нет полок на удобной высоте.

Hotel OK, the restaurant a disaster

G9 is a professionally run, obviously newly opened hotel that lives up to the standards of the Zelenogorsk resort when it comes to the staff at the reception, cleanliness of the rooms etc. There were problems with the WiFi however, and the information folder in the room was only in Russian, and this a minus in a hotel that obviously has an ambition to cater to an international clientele. The restaurant (run by an independent company?) was OK at lunch time but the breakfast was a complete disaster. It took our group of ten persons an hour and a half to get a cup of coffee and a pre-selected breakfast plate in which half of the promised ingredients were missing. As the whole operation operation could only start at 9 am (which is not serious!), the consequence was that we lost almost three hours from our planned program for the day.

Siisti ja kiva hotelli. Vastaanotossa ei puhuta englantia. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Tilatessa luvattu huone klo 14, mutta saatiinkin huone vasta klo 15. Huone ja kylpyhuone erinomaiset mutta huone oli standart vaikka maksettu comfort. Ei ilmastointia huoneessa, respasta sai kyllä tuulettimen. Ravintolan henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä. Aamupala kallis ja hintaansa nähden pieni, mehu ei kuulunut siihen. Parkkipaikka hyvä ja vartioitu. WiFi toimii heikosti.

Чистый отель относительно недалеко от залива

Были проведены сутки в G9. В целом впечатление положительное - все аккуратно, отель совсем свежий, расположен недалеко от "цивилизации" - можно прогуляться до центрального парка, в 500 м. Финский залив, пляж, недалеко магазины, но они в основном с выпивкой. До приличных продуктовых магазинов далековато. Цены в кафе при отеле относительно высокие, как и само проживание. За такую сумму в номере очень(!) не хватало хотя бы чайника, а также не помешал бы сейф. Ну и если еще попридираться - совсем уж маленькое окно в стандартном номере. Обращайте на перечисленное внимание, если вам критично. Персонал приветливый, позитивный.
