Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Hotel was not to far from beaches about 10 minutes. Beds were comfortable and adequate places to put suitcases and other items

The staff was wonderful, Emily was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. We especially liked that there was free shuttle service to and from the beaches and John's Pass.

The only complaint I have is this hotel didn’t put ventilation in their bathrooms so everything was rusty. It would have kept these bathrooms so much nicer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the linens were awesome. The staff was so accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions. Smiles and happiness all around. They even remembered my name whenever I went to the desk. The shuttle to the beach areas was convenient and timely. My family was there for a memorial service, and the staff even expressed their condolences. Everything is good except for the smell in the room isn't pleasant. Smell like there were pee pee in the room when we just walk in so we had to turn down the AC low and use room spray.

We had a great time. Let’s start off by saying that we were traveling on a budget and this hotel was perfect. Pros: decent price, free breakfast ( eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, very good coffee, juices, yogurt etc…) quiet, convenient( walking distance to Walmart and Texas Rd house Restaurant. Easy beach drive ( just 8min drive to Madeira beach which was beautiful by the way) or you could use the FREE SHUTTLE services to the beach as well. Very friendly staff, we actually checked in 1.5 hours earlier with no issues. Room services provided every time we needed. Clean, no odors, no mold anywhere, no bugs ever seen in our room, pool clean, jacuzzi available with nice furniture to sit and relax after a beach day… Cons: NONE for us I will absolutely go back and recommend it to friends and family 😊

Staff especially friendly particularly front desk clerk Silas. The surrounding areas included a VA hospital, Walmart, and Roadhouse steak house all in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay!

From the check in to the check out you were made feel important and number one. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, and the free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a five mile radius is spectacular. Definitely coming back here again. Silas and Robert at the front desk were so friendly, courteous and very professional and went the extra mile to help us and answer any questions we had. The shuttle service is a great idea, since parking at the boardwalk was difficult and expensive.

I did not like that it was in the middle of a Walmart parking lot….. but at the same time it was very convenient to be very close to Walmart 😆….. other than that it was close to everywhere I wanted to go and the shuttle service was very good. It made it so I didn’t have to worry about parking or DWI’s. The lady that drove the shuttle went above and beyond when I asked her where to go around town… She steered me in the right direction for everything I asked about… saved me from a lot of bad decisions…Also the breakfast was pretty good and they always had fresh coffee and water with oranges in it for everyone throughout the day. It’s definitely a place that I will revisit.

Stayed a week for vacation. Nice property; staff is super friendly and helpful. There are a few things within walking distance but there complimentary shuttles can get you to the beach and eateries easily.

Solid hotel if your looking from something slightly cheaper than being right on the beach. Easy and quick to get there. Pool area is a little small, so can be crowded if the hotel is totally booked.

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was a perfect location for a quick drive the beach. The Walmart next door was great too! The pool area was small and it said the pool was heated but it was very COLD. The hot tub must have had the heater for the pool too. It was almost too hot to put your feet in. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was well kept, our room was comfortable, and the customer service was great. We really liked the free shuttle service. The pool was small and disappointing, not enough space when the hotel is at capacity.

Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was so amazing and reliable. Located across the parking lot from a Walmart and Texas Roadhouse. 5 min drive to beach, many restaurants and lots of shopping (Johns Pass).

I liked everything, well, almost, I had reserved a room with King bed for me and my wife, but they only had 1 room with 2 double beds. A bit tight but we managed.

Upon checking the reservation, it looks like reservation came through with Standard Room, which gives hotel flexibility to assign either 2 double or a king room. Only way to guarantee a king room, would be to book a king. If you have any questions feel free to contact front desk, you also can always make a reservation directly by calling us.
