Overall, my experience at the hotel was great. However, I did have an ongoing issue with one particular staff member who operated the transportation cart. I used the cart service multiple times during my stay, and unfortunately, one of the mid-day shift workers was consistently rude and unhelpful.
On several occasions, he made me wait around 20 minutes, and at one point refused to take me back to the hotel, telling me to just walk instead. This was especially disappointing given that I had always tipped the cart drivers generously and expected the amenities that came with the hotel stay to be honored.
It seemed like he simply didn’t want to be bothered, which was frustrating and made parts of the stay less enjoyable. I hope management can address this, as it really stood out against the otherwise great service I received from the rest of the team
