  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Good: We loved the easy access to the beach. It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. Also, the showers in both bathrooms are very small and the bathroom off of the bedroom wouldn't have worked if we were bigger people or had mobility issues-extremely cramped.

The property was small which was nice..great access to the beach and boardwalk..close to Clearwater and St. Pete..pool was nice.and the studio was great..had a full kitchen, and also had a laundry area..my only complaint was no one was on the property to get clean towels..you had to call, text or leave a voice mail..which was always full...we could never reach anyone and was there 9 days...did laundry a few times.

Treasure island

I had a nice stay but the first night there was a large cockroach. The shower had two heads. The rain head did not work (barely sprinkled and was rusted) the other head either pointed at the wall or if you adjusted it to shower in it sprayed out the door so I had to point it towards the door when I got in and out.By the last day it fell off and I had to screw it back on. The couch had a curly hair on it, the kitchen counter felt grungy, like coffee grounds. Stuff wiped off but it may have been just worn. There were no tissues and I was there alone but if there had been a second person it would have been too small. For the cost it was not worth it. Lastly we were instructed not to take the towels to the beach. Not sure why.

Really enjoyed our stay. Overall clean BUT it was a challenge to obtain new towels, sheets, toilet paper etc. Cleaning team we were told is new. Hopefully they will improve. Considering a return for next year but already booked! Very close to the beach but quiet and safe.

Blue Waters Review

Quaint and clean little condos directly across the street from the beach. Shared community pool, and nice little patio with firepit. Nice walk to some venues, quick drive to all the rest. Would definitely book again, and even with the family (as our condo was two bedroom).

Only two wash rags for two adults that were staying there for three days/two nights and no hot water. Room very musty smelling, had go buy glade and Kleenex since none there to use. Room was very clean though

Hidden gem

This was such a hidden gem, we stayed in unit number seven which was two bedrooms and two baths, one was a king bed and one was a queen bed. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the front door walked exactly out to the beach and the back door straight to the pool. They were girls by the pool and two parking spaces per unit. There was beach parking across the street if you had more people that came you could pay to park there as well. The staff was very accommodating to us and we will most definitely be back

The place was clean. No wifi available, in shower sometimes water wasn't hot. I thought i was renting a one bed room turned out to be a studio. Close to beach was nice, i would goback if wifi was guaranteed

Great place but not the best

This was a great place for a small getaway on the beach. If I was doing this trip again, I might try somewhere else. It was a great place, but the shower pressure was horrible and the water wasn’t very hot at all. Other than that- no real complaints.

Tight parking.

Good value, neat and clean. Parking is very tight for our Chevy Silverado. Luckily space 4 had a very small car and gave us a wider path for space 5. Rooms 1-5 have tight parking.
