「一到達酒店前枱的服務員已經很友善，並告知將我地房間upgarde 左，一打開門，真係超大呀，浴室和測所是分開的，又有浸浴池，很開心，唯一唔好的係早餐，都沒有熱食，蛋呀，腸呀都沒有」

「The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.」

Sicuramente un’esperienza consigliata e un po’ particolare. Gli amanti del design e dell’architettura apprezzeranno. Colazione ricca, numerose amenities in stanza, buona posizione per spostarsi in diverse location svizzere.」

「We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...
