"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect for my grandchildren but it was cool. They had a great time playing. The breakfast was also very good!"

"Our room was passable but had cracked tiles in the entry way and a falling ceiling and black mold in the closet. Lots of dings in the corners of the walls and the bathroom was so small we could barely fit in the shower. Breakfast is not continental or free as described when reserving the room. There was clearly little attention taken in patching the ceiling and walls by the elevator on the third floor. Staff was ok but not very professional (we heard cursing in the common area). Overall, I was disappointed and I'll choose another hotel when I'm in Tallahassee next. "
