Zentral gelegen,Fussläufig alles zu erreichen was man benötigt, schöner Stadt/Dorf-Kern in 5 min Fussläufig zu erreichen, Sauberkeit Super, es wurde gerade von Jungen Leuten übernommen, und nun stück für Stück Renoviert.! Gefällt mir.!
Die jungen Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Unsere Wohnung im 1.OG (2separate Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit WC, Wanne und Duschabtrennung sowie ein kleines Wohn-/Esszimmer) war gut und soll sogar noch renoviert werden. Hierbei könnte das Kinderzimmer(2 Etagenbetten) eine Modernisierung am dringendsten gebrauchen. Optimal wäre auch, wenn im Elternschlafzimmer der Teppichboden einem
anderen Fußboden weicht. Insgesamt war die Wohnung durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell. Es war sauber und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort einen längeren Urlaub verbringen.
