"Firstly, this is a self catering property. Meaning, that there's no hotel type amenities, like a gym for example. however that being said, this property is perfect. My boys(18 & 16) and I (60), recently visited Malta to see our families heritage and vacation. The property location in Buggiba, is a good location for getting around via public transport or ride share(Bolt). Alexei our contact at the property and his staff went way beyond to make our stay smooth, simple, and relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind, that the front desk is only open from 9:30am until 2:30pm. That being said, we were out most of our 2 weeks there, so this wasn't a factor. There is construction around the property but that has nothing to do with the location, so please be aware that Malta doesn't have noise bylaws like in Canada or Toronto specifically. The property is wheel chair accessible, with a lift outside. The rooms are as advertised, very clean and spacious. Supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants, 3 gyms are all within a 6 to 10 minute walk away. Buggiba Square is about a 6 minute walk away. Further, the Buggiba Bus Terminal and Buggiba Jetty are all within walking distance but are at opposite sides to each other. I can't give you exact distances but imagine one being east and the west or north to south you get the idea. Overall, if you need a home base and budget friendly accommodation for a vacation, this is definitely the place my boys and I would recommend."

"The drain in the toilet is horrible, the water always soaks the bathroom (terrible design). This is a party hotel full of English and Irish youth drinking with loud party music all night. The rooftop pool is colonised by those hooligans blasting awful music all day! It's a shame because the hotel has great potential. The staff are friendly!"

"A comfortable 3 star experiance. 4 star experience - no. Check-in was underwhelming. We arrived early and nobody offered help with luggage or directed us to storage. We were also given two different hotel info sheets with conflicting bar/café times. Guest services said they’d clarify and get back to us — 5 days later, we’re still waiting. Most useful information actually came from other guests. Very little was explained about what was included in “all inclusive”, and not everything is. Guests must wear a wristband throughout the stay to identify prepaid drinks, which felt a bit impersonal. The room was basic but functional. Housekeeping was inconsistent — some days teas/coffees and glasses were replaced, other days not. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Corridor carpets on the 5th floor also looked very worn and dirty. Breakfast was average, but buffet lunch and dinner were disappointing and felt mass-produced. Also worth noting that all-inclusive drinks are mainly non-branded. For example, Captain Morgan and Pepsi was chargeable, while only house rum was included. The Asian and Moroccan restaurants were very good, although extra cost. A standout member of staff was Chrissy in the hotel shop, who was more helpful and informative than anyone at reception. Overall, adequate, but not what we expected from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel"
