「Checked in around 6pm. Left immediately to attend a wake, did not get back to the room until 1am and the smell walking into the room was awful- wasn’t sure what the smell was.
There was mouse poop above the AC and dust in every corner. Looked like the door had been kicked in a few times. As well as the door was dirty (pretty sure it has never been wiped down since the lodge opened)
We left the room to let it air out and went back to the wake until around 4am. When we returned the smell was...

「If I plan to stay again, I will bring my own coffee maker. There wasn’t one in the room and the lobby was locked until 8 am.
When I arrived I wanted to put food and soda in the fridge, and it was not running. I turned the fridge on and then unintentionally froze items.」

「They had mice in the room, constant fights outside in the parking lot. Yelling screaming throughout the night.
The rooms are not clean unless you specifically request they do so and I could go on.」
