Our room furnace/ac did not work, we called and they came to service but could not fix. Said they could not do anything for us as they were full then 30min later, had us a different room to use that had Plumming issues. Location was great

I’ll never stay again at this property. This property was loud. It had smokers who didn’t mind smoking cigarettes and weed all through the third floor. The check-in at check-in front desk agent made this loud announcement to everybody in the lobby so she wouldn’t have to repeat herself. it was just ...
