「The location in Morton-in-marsh was excellent. Our room was small but adequate for 2 nights. We ate in the pub and the food was good, although it's a shame they don't provide breakfast. The pub was very quiet and closed at 9.30pm so there was a lack of atmosphere. But it was fine as a base for a couple of days.」

「The building itself is very historic and was an interesting and unique place to sleep. However we could tell that the room had not been deep cleaned in some time, as the air was dusty. After opening the windows and airing out the room a bit it was manageable. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay in Chipping Norton and this property was a short walk from all of its amenities.」

「Had a lovely stay over the weekend and was well looked after - shout out to Ellie who made sure I was fed and watered after my long journey. The only downside - the bed in room 5 is particularly firm, and as a side sleeper has caused me discomfort in my hips. Obviously it’s total personal preference but a soft mattress topper might fix the issue. The room itself was beautiful though.」

「We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There was a helpful welcome...

「It was a really good stay; I would recommend investing on air con and fans, as the nights were really rhot. Otherwise. It was great!!」

「酒店的卫生真的不敢恭维，承诺好的退款数字又在退房后兑现不了，说是因为我在第三方网站订的房，总之当时房间里的之前客人留下的鞋、短裤还有袜子让我想起来就恶心，提醒未来准备订这间酒店的朋友入住时检查好卫生，有问题当时解决，退房时想在解决问题基本就是不可能的了。」

「As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere. Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.」
