「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「Our stay with Guido and Maria was wonderful. They were both incredibly welcoming, and it was heart warming to experience such genuine hospitality. Guido is an excellent host, and Maria’s award-winning breakfasts were absolutely delicious. 「The hotel appears to be new. Everything is immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly especially Nathan who checked us in. Our room was a lot bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed in and could not fault it at all. It was clean, spacious and comfortable with a plenty of clean towels, tea and coffee making facilities. 「The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.」
