"Great location with upgraded amenities! The bed was a little hard, and gym was an extra step, each time you visit, you need to check in and get a separate key. Staff was amazing and very welcoming in this boutique hotel. "

"We liked the very charming appartment, however have two complaints: 1) we found several hairs that were certainly not ours in the bathroom, expected a perfectly clean house for this price; 2) we could hear our upper neighbours, in a house of the same organisation, walking the whole night.. Alltogether: very charming appartement in a top spot, but it should be clean for the price (and preferably less noisy). "

"Very classy and upscale. Room was huge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the only thing I could get to work on the TV was YouTube which wasn’t a big deal since we were so exhausted by the time we got back. Would stay there again."

"Location is spot on. Hotel excellent in all areas. Reception 100% staff great. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Food and drink great. Best of all the free use of pool _ sauna _ steam room and jaccuzzi within the pool. Will deffinatly be back here as we come to Edinburgh 4 times a year. "
"From check in to check out we found the staff very friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast team. Perfect location, away from the busy city centre yet an easy walk in."
"Great hotel for staying in Edinburgh. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great - the restaurant for dinner though, well I’m willing to accept that not everything can be 100%.
Parking is charged accordingly and was on location. Overall a great stay! "
"The room was incredible and the staff was so friendly! I love the lobby space—from the energy to the food and drink offerings. I also felt the location, while not in the city center, was perfectly accessible to everything you need. "
